Amazing panoramic views from the large 100 m2 terrace and further 50m2 roof terrace! Superb penthouse apartment situated within the prestigious "Mi Capricho" complex.
There is a communal area on the complex which has free Wi-Fi for people staying on the complex to use.
Fully hot & cold air conditioned and beautifully furnished. Filtered drinking water on tap is provided in the kitchen. Brand new completely renovated bathrooms with under floor heating.
Underground parking and lifts to all floors.
Local shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The apartment offers complementary WIFI and internet enable international Television including UK, American, German, Dutch , Norwegian, Danish , Swedish, Finish and Russian Channels plus the addition of a film library.
There are 2 swimming pools in the complex. One is open all year round and the other is open from April - October.
Please note that from 1 May the sunbeds by the swimming pool are available 11:00am to 20:00pm and are charged €4 per day.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.
The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

Children enjoyed the sea immensely and the pools looked so enticing that they wanted to swim in spite of the weather and temperature. Coat hangers were a nice addition. Had an electricity outage, but with the help of Suncoaster, a local electrician sorted it out in 4 hours. Wishing joyful moments to other guests and owners as well. What a lovely apartment! Outside space is amazing and we have used this most of the time. Cleaners were very helpful and let us in early due to a change in location for us. Stacey and Hannah at Suncoasters were also incredibly helpful. Recommend Pirasee more
