Within 10 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and all facilities making Jardines de Calahonda an ideal holiday destination for families, couples and groups. Jardines has its own local neighbourhood on-site bar, handy for enjoying a refreshing drink, a light snack or an ice cream. This two bedroom (both with double beds) ground floor apartment is located in one of the best positions in the complex of Jardines Fase 1 as it is a corner apartment and as such offers dual aspect windows in the second bedroom and a large secluded part of the communal gardens to the side of the property.
The lovely sunny south west facing private terrace has direct access to the beautiful kept landscaped gardens and communal pool. The property also offers WIFI and internet enabled international TV channels. The perfect choice for all age groups. Wonderful!
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
