It has a modern kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, water kettle, dishwasher, dryer, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge.
The penthouse is situated mid way up in Calahonda in a lovely quiet location set within well kept lush green gardens. The apartment is south facing with amazing panoramic views of the sea pool and gardens
Located within a gated complex with outside parking the apartment has been kept in excellent condition. The apartment offers complementary Wi-Fi and internet enabled TV channels.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
